The sole reason our Director, Monique created Highline was to build a business that is not your standard...  we don’t want to be compared because we are nothing like it! You will always be supported by experienced professionals and if we can’t assist you we will guide you to those that can.

As Director and Founder of Highline Recruit, Monique leads our business with a strong industry network that is a testament to her industry tenure and commitment to her clients.  Monique personally handles the full recruitment process and works to ensure the best outcome for all involved. She prides herself on providing the highest levels of professional service to ensure both client and candidate are treated with respect and dignity.  

Outside of work Monique is a huge bombers fan and loves to travel, often calling Vietnam her second home.  She loves a glass of wine with friends and has two cheeky husky / staffy’s that assist with the back end of the business as well as her health and wellbeing...

With over 20 years experience working in both property and recruitment Monique is excited to bring this knowledge across to the business.
